After how many days of publication of an article, a letter to editor can be written in relation to that particular article?

I have communicated an article. More than a year passed. Despite a number of reminders, no response is yet received.

The time frame for submitting a Letter to the Editor (LTE) in response to a published article varies depending on the journal¡¯s specific guidelines. However, general practices across most scientific and veterinary journals are as follows:

Within a Few Weeks to a Few Months

Many journals require LTEs to be submitted within 4 to 12 weeks (1 to 3 months) from the publication date of the article in question.
Some journals have a strict deadline (e.g., 30 or 60 days) after publication.
Varies by Journal Policy

High-impact journals like Nature or The Lancet may have shorter windows, often within 4 to 6 weeks.
Others, like veterinary or agricultural science journals, may allow up to 6 months or more.
Check the Journal¡¯s Instructions for Authors

Some journals do not specify a strict deadline and accept LTEs as long as the discussion remains relevant.
Others may explicitly state the deadline in their author guidelines or editorial policies

What you have to discuss. Question is not clear, means you have to ask for help or need correction etc
